These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the terms that apply when you visit our website, use our services or purchase products from Lewington.

Throughout these Terms, “Lewington”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lewington.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer and sell our products to you.

By accessing our website, using our services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Our Products

Lewington is an artist-led clothing brand and many of our products form part of artist collaborations, limited collections or carefully produced releases.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, artwork, colours and materials accurately.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and other factors outside our control.

Product descriptions, availability and specifications may be updated from time to time.

We may also limit quantities or discontinue products and collections without notice.

Fit & Sizing

Many Lewington garments are intentionally designed with an oversized, boxy fit.

Where applicable, this forms part of the intended design of the garment and does not, by itself, mean that the product is faulty.

We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, size guide and available garment measurements before ordering.

If you prefer a more fitted silhouette, you may wish to size down.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy explains your rights and options if the size or fit is not right for you.

Orders

When you place an order with Lewington, you are making an offer to purchase the products contained within your order.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation or acknowledgement.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

A product is unavailable.
There has been an obvious pricing or product information error.
Payment cannot be authorised.
We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
We cannot deliver to the address provided.
The order breaches these Terms or applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. We will try to help, although we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered processing or fulfilment.

Prices & Payment

Prices shown on our website may change from time to time.

The price charged for your order will be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to the correction of obvious pricing errors where permitted by law.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply depending on the destination. Where these are not collected by us at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

This allows us to identify your purchase and keep the correspondence relating to your order together.

Intellectual Property & Artwork

The creative work behind Lewington is fundamental to our brand.

Unless otherwise stated, the content made available through our website — including the Lewington name and branding, website design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, garment designs and other creative material — is owned by or licensed to Lewington and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Artwork featured on Lewington products may remain the intellectual property of the individual artist or rights holder and is used by Lewington under the relevant licence, collaboration or other agreement.

Purchasing a Lewington product does not transfer ownership of any copyright, artwork, trademark or other intellectual property associated with that product.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, commercially exploit, modify or use our content, artwork, designs, photographs or branding without permission from the relevant rights holder.

You may use our website for your personal, non-commercial use.
